Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At Trust Diagnostics, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent experience for all our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which payments made for diagnostic services may be refunded or cancelled.

By booking any test or service through our website or authorized representatives, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Service Booking

All bookings made through www.trustdiagnostics.in or via authorized representatives are confirmed only after successful payment. Once confirmed, our collection executive will contact you to schedule sample collection at your convenience.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation under the following conditions:

Before Sample Collection:

If you cancel your test booking before the sample has been collected, you are eligible for a refund after applicable payment gateway and administrative charges (if any).

After Sample Collection:

Once the sample is collected, cancellation is not permitted, and no refund shall be provided as the testing process is initiated immediately by our partner laboratory (Thyrocare Technologies Ltd.).

To cancel your booking, please contact us promptly at trustdiagnostics1@gmail.com or through our customer helpline (if available).

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be processed in the following cases:

The service or test you booked is not available or cannot be performed due to logistical or operational issues.
Duplicate payment made by the customer for the same transaction.
Cancellation request approved before sample collection.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Once the sample collection is completed.
Incorrect information or test ordered by the customer.
Delays caused by external factors (logistics, weather, or technical issues).

5. Refund Process & Timelines

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original mode of payment used during booking.
It may take 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway policies.
All refunds are subject to verification and approval by Trust Diagnostics.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes related to payments, cancellations, or refunds, please write to trustdiagnostics1@gmail.com with your Order ID, Registered Name, and Date of Transaction. Our support team will review your case and respond within 2–3 working days.

7. Modification of Policy

Trust Diagnostics reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
