At Trust Diagnostics, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent experience for all our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which payments made for diagnostic services may be refunded or cancelled.
By booking any test or service through our website or authorized representatives, you agree to the terms described below.
All bookings made through www.trustdiagnostics.in or via authorized representatives are confirmed only after successful payment. Once confirmed, our collection executive will contact you to schedule sample collection at your convenience.
You may request a cancellation under the following conditions:
If you cancel your test booking before the sample has been collected, you are eligible for a refund after applicable payment gateway and administrative charges (if any).
Once the sample is collected, cancellation is not permitted, and no refund shall be provided as the testing process is initiated immediately by our partner laboratory (Thyrocare Technologies Ltd.).
To cancel your booking, please contact us promptly at trustdiagnostics1@gmail.com or through our customer helpline (if available).
In case of disputes related to payments, cancellations, or refunds, please write to trustdiagnostics1@gmail.com with your Order ID, Registered Name, and Date of Transaction. Our support team will review your case and respond within 2–3 working days.
Trust Diagnostics reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
